Dr.Gusto Flocoat turns water into oil. To color cocoa butter, it is an ideal product to make cocoa butter homogeneous with dye by adding Flo-coat. It prevents the separation of cocoa butter and paint, has a retention feature, and also prevents color fluctuation. It gives rich, bright and vibrant color every time. Before coloring the chocolate, you first need to take a few drops of your gel color and dissolve it in 1 teaspoon of Flo-coat. After mixing well and achieving the desired color depth, add the mixture into your melted chocolate and stir until the color is homogeneous.
