Porto Formas Acetate Roll is foodsafe .

The acetate is suitable for working with chocolate, ganache, buttercream, Swiss meringue and Italian buttercream and making desserts and cheesecakes.

It’s easy to cut for various purposes.

How to prepare a mould for a perfect cream cake:

• Cut acetate to the required size.
• Start with cake at the bottom,
• Put acetate inside and add a cream filling like bavarois or cheesecake.
• Allow to cool and set.
• Remove mould and acetate.

Suitable for the freezer, not suitable for the oven.
